Friday, June 2nd was our anatomy scan! This was a 2-hour ultrasound dedicated solely to making sure our babies are growing normally and are free from abnormalities. The scan determined that both babies were perfect! They each weigh 10 ounces and are measuring just under 6 inches long from head to toe. I was able to see some cool stuff, including a few waves, 3D images of faces, and detailed views of their beating hearts.

I had a consultation with the specialist after my ultrasound and he educated me even further on my pregnancy. He is having me take another mg of folic acid daily as well as iron and a baby aspirin. The baby aspirin, taken daily, helps to prevent preeclampsia and pre term labor.

Full term for me is 38 weeks due to my height and weight so the latest date of delivery will be October 9th!! We are expecting them anywhere from the 1st - 9th so be ready!! :D

I have begun to take prenatal yoga classes and I LOVE THEM. It is a great way to relax, reduce stress and anxiety and strengthen muscles used throughout labor and delivery.

Kicks are never ending and I am in heaven feeling these angels move all day.
