New Additions to the Nursery

We were able to set up the cribs! Well, one crib rather. Since the babies will be small for a while, we didn't feel the urge to take up excess space in their room. I found blackout shades online to keep out that bright AZ sun- phew! We also acquired a play mat and an activity chair from our twin parent friends!

I surprised Gabe with two recordable books so he can record himself reading them and I can play them for the kids while he is gone for a year. I was so proud of myself for coming up with the idea - how cool is that, though?

We haven't decided if we want to put a dresser in their room yet since they will have the closet space, but I figured we would play that one by ear.

Shower invitations have been sent out and we are excited for our Gender Reveal on May 20th :) The genders were quite the surprise to us so we hope they are a surprise to you, too!

This upcoming Friday, May 12th, I will be 16 weeks along but my tummy is measuring at 20 weeks (totally normal with the expectation of twins).
